Eat

When I left to China I had one goal: eat a fried scorpion. Unfortunately I couldn't find any. But I devoured chicken heart, bullfrog legs and a ton of baozi on my trip. Keep up for the good, the bad and the ugly of my culinary adventures.

Hello, my name is Charli. I caught the travel bug back in high school when, after taking Chinese for two years, I hopped on a plane to Kunming, China. I've been chasing travel opportunities ever since. I earned my degree in Creative Writing from Pacific University, spent a semester abroad in Nanjing, China and now I'm TEFL certified and heading to Taiwan to teach English.
